Maruti Dzire, the new entry level sedan from Maruti Suzuki, will be launched in India on March 26, 2008. The car will be based on the hugely successful Swift platform. Maruti Dzire will be available in both petrol and diesel variants. The company is still to announce the price of the car. It is expected that the petrol variant will be priced between Rs 4.5-5.5 lakh and the diesel variant would cost upwards of Rs 5 lakh.
